Only 500 Community Memberships are available at Epic Chophouse Eagles Nest. The majority of these memberships were quickly purchased after our opening in the summer of 2025 as existing members told their friends! This exclusive opportunity is offered to individuals that are non-property owners of Eagles Nest. The memberships are renewable on an annual basis and run for one year from the date of purchase. Renewals will be offered 60 days prior to membership expiration. When a membership slot opens, it will be offered to someone on our waiting list – see form below.

The new 10,000 square foot Epic Chophouse is located within the private community of Eagles Nest in Banner Elk, centrally located 6 minutes from the entrance of the community in the Great Camp area. Epic Chophouse offers one of the most amazing views of any restaurant in the North Carolina High Country. Panoramic views at 4,300ft with Epic year-round sunset views will most certainly take your breath away. Our newest location at Eagles Nest will become part of the Epic Group family with locations in Mooresville, Greensboro, Raleigh, and Fort Mill. MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES
Individuals who do not live within the Eagles Nest community may apply for an annual membership to the Epic Chophouse at Eagles Nest. Applicants will be reviewed and accepted or placed on a waiting list for future availability.
Once approved, you will receive an email confirming your membership and providing means to make a one-time credit card payment.
DIGITAL KEY: After payment, each member will receive an email with a code to download an app that will serve as your digital key.
- This key will allow the member passage through the front gate using the GUEST lane and only during restaurant hours of operation.
- This digital key is unique to the phone and cannot be duplicated or screenshot.
- If they key does not work or the power is out, the front gate will have the names of members. Please present your ID to gain access.
RESERVATIONS
- Members will call for reservations in advance. Members will either have their reservation confirmed depending on availability or will be put on a waitlist. Member may also come to the restaurant and be put on a waitlist.
Members will receive other benefits, such as invitations to special events.
